Many Crimes, Few Arrests. Are Big Pharma Execs Above the Law? 

Top drug makers have paid billions of dollars in penalties for breaking the law in settlements with the U.S. Justice Department. But few, if any, major executives from these companies have been charged with any crimes. Big Pharma's crimes will continue until somebody goes to jail.
