Tyco

Dennis Kozlowski, former CEO of the conglomerate Tyco, was one of the highest paid executives in the company. Yet, using a program meant to facilitate employee stock purchases, he stole millions upon millions of dollars to buy houses for him, and give $20 million gifts to his cronies. All told, he personally stole hundreds of millions of dollars from a company that had hailed him as one of the best managers in the country.
